For the first time, our two best marathoners will take place in this year's Ngorongoro marathon slated for April 19th. Last week we welcomed an entourage of officials from Karatu district health department, F.A.M.E Medical and the main sponsors of the race, ZARA Tours, who among other things lectured our students on malaria and tested for malaria students and staff who had symptoms. The representative from ZARA Tours also presented 120 mosquito nets for students.
Currently our 15 best runners are training for the final feat where the 2 best will chosen to run the 2.5km race in Karatu. We have high hopes of winning the trophy!
